All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once an order is placed.

Why We Can't Accept Returns

• Digital downloads (blueprints, PDF/SVG/DXF templates) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.
• Physical marquee letters are custom made-to-order for your specific project and cannot be resold, so they are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@marqueelightletters.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case and, where appropriate, repair or replace the affected item.

Problems With a Download

If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your files, email us at support@marqueelightletters.com and we will make sure you receive working files.
